Hi, I am Dr. Petit-Frere
As a psychotherapist, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS Level I & II), EMDR, AEDP, and mindfulness-based therapy to help clients heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and rebuild secure relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity about the parts of you that protect and the parts that long to grow.
